Which areas do you deliver to?
Our carrier’s delivery area covers mainland England, Wales and parts of Scotland. For more information about delivery outside these areas please visit our delivery information page where you will find further details and a map with an overlay of our delivery area.
How do I place an order?
All orders are placed through the website and payment taken by debit or credit card. Please add items to your basket and proceed to the checkout once you have finished.
What is your minimum order value?
We do not operate a minimum order value, however any order under £50.00 excluding VAT will incur a delivery charge based on the parcel weight.
Can I check the stock availability?
To check the stock of an item, find it in the catalogue by either using the search box or navigating to the pages. Stock availability is shown by a message ' In Stock'.
What happens if my order is incorrect or damaged?
In the unlikely event you receive an item that is incorrect, damaged, or proves to be faulty, please contact us as soon as possible on our contact us page so we can look into it for you. We may ask you to send photos of the item.
What are the benefits of opening an online account?
Once your account is set up you can view your order, invoice and payment history, print copy invoices, create saved baskets for easy repeat ordering and view a list of previously ordered products.
